By accessing or using Genesis Health (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, healthcare providers, and organizations using the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Patient accounts are auto-approved; all other roles (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) require verification and super-admin approval. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page — all associated health data is permanently removed.
Genesis Health is a health management platform, NOT a medical device or diagnostic tool. The Service does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or professional medical advice. AI-assisted features (symptom checker, triage, clinical assistant) are informational only and must not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician for medical conditions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. The Service is designed to comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and applicable UAE health data regulations (including DHA and NABIDH standards). You control who accesses your health records and can revoke consent at any time.
The Service, including its design, software, content, and branding, is owned by Genesis Health and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission. User-generated content (medical records, notes) remains owned by the user, with a limited license granted to Genesis Health to display and process it for providing the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading medical information; (c) attempt to access another user's health records without authorization; (d) interfere with the Service's security or operation; (e) use the AI features to generate self-treatment plans without professional oversight; (f) share your account credentials with others.
Telehealth consultations are conducted by licensed healthcare providers. Prescriptions issued through the Service are valid only when issued by a licensed provider. E-pharmacy orders are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies. Genesis Health facilitates these services but is not responsible for the clinical decisions of individual providers or pharmacies.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, medical records, appointments, prescriptions, and all associated health information. Healthcare providers and organizations may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.
Genesis Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or business interruption. The Service is not intended for use in life-critical or emergency situations without professional medical oversight.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
